Our Process

Step 1:

Once the project is defined, client will be assigned a project manager and be introduced to other members of the project team.

Step 2:

We will conduct a strategic exploration with all stakeholders who will be affected by the project.

Step 3:

Within 2 weeks of the project start date, project manager will present a project plan with timelines to the client.

Step 4:

During the project planning and execution stages, project manager will conduct weekly meeting with the client. We will continue to work with client’s funcational teams for the duration of the project.

Step 5:

Final deliverable will include a presentation and validation of project deliverable against success criteria agreed with Client.  Client will  also have all documents/ correspondence associated with the project.

Step 6:

CorpMVP will provide 30 days of follow up support to client at no charge.
